Margherita Giacobbi, The Players' Ring
Why did you decide to join the Chamber?
The Players’ Ring has been a member for many years — long before I joined the organization. As a community-serving, community-powered nonprofit, it simply makes sense for us to be part of the network that best represents and uplifts the Seacoast community. The Chamber is where the threads of local business, arts, and civic life come together — and that’s exactly where we belong.
What is a Chamber benefit that you feel is helpful to you and your industry, specifically?
In the performing arts, visibility is everything — we present nearly 200 performances a year! The Chamber’s platforms give us an invaluable way to share our press releases, event listings, and stories with a truly local, engaged audience. Their marketing tools reach people who care deeply about supporting the Seacoast’s creative and entrepreneurial life — which makes them the perfect partners in spreading the word about what’s on our stage.
If someone told you they were planning to join the Chamber, what advice would you give them about making the most of their membership?
Ask for advice — and ask often! The Chamber team is warm, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They’ll guide you through the wealth of opportunities, events, and resources available, and help you find what can be most useful to your business specifically!
“Because of my membership in the Chamber I…”
…feel connected to people and organizations who really care about this community — and about us!
