Making the Most of Membership

Becoming a member of the Chamber is like purchasing a ticket to a concert.  You won't get the full benefit out of it unless you go to the show.  Don't let your ticket go to waste.

New Member DRIP Campaign

New members are automatically enrolled in a 2-month, 10-message, automated email campaign.

The goal of this campaign is help the new member get off to a successful start.  Topics addressed in the campaign include editing the member profile, registering for events, and ways to get involved.

While this campaign is designed for new members, established members may also take advantage of this resource upon request.  Email Nate@PortsmouthCollaborative.org if you'd like to enrol today.

Chamber Open Doors

Chamber Open Doors is an orientation/refresher program for all things Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth.

Members are encouraged to attend this program in their first three months of membership but they are welcome to attend again at any time for a refresher.

If you aren't able to attend a regularly scheduled Chamber Open Doors event, we're happy to take you through the content one-on-one.  Please reach out to Nate@PortsmouthCollaborative.org to schedule a session.

We hope to have a video version of the program available soon.

Chamber Ambassadors

Two great resources that are available to all members are the Chamber staff and the Chamber Ambassadors.

Chamber Ambassadors are established members who volunteer to help the Chamber at events, welcoming new members, and serving as resources.

As part of a new member's onboarding process, they are assigned an ambassador who tries to stop by, call, or email to help welcome new members.

If you have a question you would like to ask an ambassador, feel free to reach out.  The current ambassadors are listed here.

Take Advantage of Marketing Resources

From Ribbon Cuttings to eBlasts to hosting events, the Chamber offers many ways to help members spread the word about their business or organization.

The chamber also serves as the Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) for the Greater Portsmouth area.  As part of that work, the Chamber staffs visitor centers, produces tourism collateral, and maintains GoPortsmouthNH.com.

For more information on these opportunities, please review our annual Collaboration Guide or reach out to membership@portsmouthcollaborative.org.
